Retrospective: Jesús Pérez

Jesús Pérez is an exceptional talent and well known in the Swiss animation scene. He is a self-taught animator and has developed a lively, visually poetic animation style. His skilful motion animation gives his sometimes simple figures character and soul. As a lecturer at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Pérez has influenced countless generations of animation students. Many of his films were made in collaboration with his wife Elisabeth Hüttermann.
