Fantoche goes Fumetto

Fantoche is bringing a selection of short films to Lucerne: wealth fascinates, seduces – and divides. In this short film series, international animation artists take a close look at the topic of “RICH” from different perspectives. Whether grotesque abundance, the power of money or the eternal struggle for prosperity: the films reflect the ambivalences of luxury, social inequality and the hunt for material values. Between opulent feasts, the absurdity of working life and the pursuit of genuine happiness, these works show how money, power and status determine our lives. An exciting program that entertains and at the same time raises the critical question: What really makes us rich?
