Meet the Artist: Nina Gantz and Her Puppets

Born and raised in the wings of theatre, Nina Gantz discovered her love for storytelling and performance at an early age. With two BAFTAs and global acclaim for “Edmond” and “Wander to Wonder” in her bag, her work, like her life, continues to travel far. Gantz blends stop-motion, puppetry and live action into a unique style, and finds her voice in a darkness laced with humour, inspired by Roy Andersson and Michel Gondry. She is currently working on two feature films, as well as commercials. Expect some puppets – they always follow her lead.
