Kurtheater Baden: Wie Ida einen Schatz versteckt und Jakub keinen findet
“Hiding a treasure, now that would be something,” muses Ida, as she sets off in search of the best hiding place in the world. “Finding a treasure, now that really would be something,” muses Jakub, as he quickly draws himself a treasure map before setting off on his search. This leads the children further and further into the “wilderness”, where animals can talk and mountains laugh, trees hang their heads, and the fog is a good listener. Step by step, author Andri Beyeler brings his two protagonists ever closer together and into closer contact with nature. The wondrous journey is staged with puppetry and a live camera. A small puddle becomes the sea, and the furrows left by a plastic rake in the sandpit become a ploughed field – you just have to zoom in close enough.
