Emilia Mazik
Emilia Mazik is a freelance short film programmer and industry expert based in the Netherlands. From 2014, she served as a programmer at the Short Waves Festival in Poland, before taking over as the festival director (2019–2022). Emilia is now Head of Industry at Kaboom Animation Festival (the Netherlands) and also a selection committee member for Film Fest Gent (Belgium) and Glasgow Short Film Festival (Scotland). She is also part of the board of Leiden Shorts and is a co-founder and strategic board member of Talking Shorts, an online film magazine dedicated to short films.
