Which animated film first inspired and influenced you?
As a child, I was very fond of Pixar’s “Cars”. I was fascinated by how the studio made a car, an inanimate object, come to life. It showed me the amazing possibilities of animation and how impressive the result can be when you really understand your craft. Today, I am particularly passionate about modern, upcoming animated films such as “ChaO”, “Housenka: The Last Blossom” and “The Wild Robot”. These works combine the beauty of animation with the often harsh reality of our world. At the same time, they give us some hope and a touch of magic.
